Installation Difficulty:

Step-by-Step Tesla Model Y Brake Caliper Cover Installation Guide:
1️⃣ Remove the center cover using a prying tool. Insert it into the gap and pull to remove.
2️⃣ Loosen the lug nuts (one rotation only) using the breaker bar + 21mm hex socket.
3️⃣ Jack up your Tesla using a low-profile jack, ensuring the jacking pad is
inserted before lifting.
4️⃣ Fully remove the lug nuts and take off the tire once lifted (2-5cm clearance).
5️⃣ Align the brake caliper cover:
Front Left (passenger side): L1 + screw, 2x screw caps, 2x screws
Front Right (driver side): R1 + screw, 2x screw caps, 2x screws
Rear Left (charge por side): L4 on top, L5 on bottom, tighten screws
Rear Right (non-charge port side): R5 on top, R4 on bottom, tighten screws
6️⃣Apply Loctite 243 to prevent screws from loosening over time.
7️⃣Check fitment—ensure the brake caliper cover is properly seated and screws are secure (but not overtightened).
8️⃣Reinstall the tire and hand-tighten the lug nuts while ensuring alignment.
9️⃣Lower your Tesla and remove the jack.
🔟Tighten the lug nuts with a torque wrench (set to 175NM) until you hear a click. Reattach the center cover. Congratulations, you’re done!🎉

Please note that this complimentary installation is exclusive in NSW as you'll be required to drop off your Tesla at our convenient location in North Strathfield NSW 2137.
The installation process may range dependent on the product and number of products being installed (between 30mins to a few days). This is because it'll involve meticulous steps such as mounting the parts, securing them with double-sided tape and/or self-tapping screws depending on your purchased product.
Throughout this process, we prioritise the utmost care for your Tesla, utilising protection tape and mats as needed. Enjoy a hassle-free upgrade with our expert installation service!
What material is our product made from?

Please note that this warranty excludes any damages caused by you, accidental damages (e.g., if the parts were stepped on), and general wear and tear.
